Despite the billing and promotion as this not only being "The Last" [[oscarspecials|Oscar Special]] but the end of //[[ocatc]]// overall, New ultimately admitted that at the end of the show there is a "small chance" the series would return.

    * Later, shortly before the premiere of the pilot, the site was changed to instead allow users to rate the first episode, using the traditional [[popcornscale|popcorn scale]]. After voting, users were shown the average score... of 1 bag of popcorn.

  * The special was delayed by roughly 10 minutes due to, naturally, technical difficulties with the site not loading.
    * For the fourth time in the six overall HEI Network Oscar Specials, an alternative stream that was also publicly accessible was made available for those who had difficulties connecting.
