====== Grand Terrace Manor ======
The **Grand Terrace Manor**, often referred to as simply **the Manor**, is a retirement home in the Los Angeles area. It was the home of [[gamato]] starting around June or July 2025[(cite:s16e05>[[s16e05]])], and was described as smaller and more affordable than G.'s previous home, the Villas. It was also the filming location of part of [[season16|the sixteenth season]] of movie review show //[[ocatc]]//, hosted by G.'s son, [[tim|New Heidecker]].

[[mrsreynolds]], a staff member at the Manor, most likely its program or activity director, allowed New to host the show in an activity room for the benefit of the residents. Besides movie reviews, it also provided news bulletins to the residents, and was followed by a film screening by frequent //On Cinema// guest [[gregg]].
