+Luther Sanchez, better known as Dr. San, was an American acupuncturist and practitioner of alternative medicine. He had a variety of business dealings with Tim, including the TCH Vape System that resulted in the Electric Sun 20 deaths mentioned above.
+Following this, he and Tim were arrested, with Heidecker being freed after making a deal with the District Attorney, [[rosetti]], to testify against Dr. San. This plan, however, was thwarted, as Dr. San committed suicide in prison. Rosetti then began building a case against Tim, ultimately being [[trial|brought to trial]].
