These properties were collected under a holding company, [[delgadomedia]]. Delgado Media Holdings was a subsidiary of the [[delgadofund]], a charity owned by the Delgado family created in memory of Chris.

Lead by Newman's "revolutionary thinking," On Cinema Properties reorganized to become HEI Inc., which would contain not only the media production of O.C.P., but all of Heidecker's brands, as well as planning to begin investment in energy resources. Unfortunately, as part of the sale agreement, HEI inherited all of Delgado Media Holdings' debts and lawsuits, as well as its own from MoneyZap.
