Is Marvel's cosmic sequel a five-bagger? Also, Gregg introduces a fantastic Popcorn Classic.

Synopsis

Tim, his right arm still gloved, is once again in the host seat. His lawyer is present, off-camera, to keep him “on the straight and narrow.” Tim starts by saying Gregg's and Mark's comments from a couple episodes ago “stung” him, and all he ever wanted was to “be the father of a family, the On Cinema family.” He also says he will have to temporarily close the theater while he makes “amends,” and thanks Joe for visiting him in jail.

Tim says he wants to do right by the Electric Sun 18- now 20. He says everyone “had a good time” until “the rat” Dr. San “let everybody down” with his irresponsibility. He claims he was unaware of the contents of the TCH Vape System, and that Dr. San is entirely to blame; Tim signed an affidavit and will testify to that effect. He relates a haunting tale of how he saw “bodies dropping” during a Dekkar performance, and claims that Apple Valley first responders share responsibility for arriving some 40 minutes after 911 was called, despite Tim not thinking to have medical personnel on hand.

With that, it's time to review movies, which Tim says demonstrates his ability to professionally serve his community. Tim did not see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, but still rates it highly based on franchise merit and Sly Stallone. Gregg morosely concurs with Tim's rating, prompting Tim to ask him to show more enthusiasm; Gregg elaborates on his review. Tim also did not see The Lovers; Gregg says it isn't a movie Tim should see now anyway. He gives it high marks, but “with reservations for anyone going through trauma.”

For On Cinema On Location, Gregg stands in front of Paramount Pictures, the shooting location of First Monday in October (1981, 98 mins). After the segment, Tim dedicates the show to the Electric Sun 20, reading their names one by one. He also gives his best wishes to the attendees still recovering in the hospital.
