Joe mentions that the Electric Sun families are pressing the DA to reopen the case, something T. immediately bluffs as not being possible due to double jeopardy. In "[[joeystake]]", Joey says the film's title is apt, calling it a boring chick flick. He says the film would be a bad date movie, as your date might like it and you might get in a fight with them after you say you hate it. He gives it 1 star. Joe expresses his confusion with the pre-recorded aspect of "Joey's Take", something Gregg has been complaining about in the prior episodes.
