One by one, the Delgados begin seizing Tim's intellectual properties, including [[decker]] and [[dekkar]], with //On Cinema// in their crosshairs as well.

 The ensuing legal battles drain Tim emotionally and financially, to the point where he is "tapped out." Having lost everything, including the //On Cinema// brand, Tim is moments away from un-aliving when he is saved by his former defense attorney, [[dwyer]], who manages to work out a deal with the Delgados at the last minute. Tim is given 30 days to make //On Cinema// a quality product, and is permitted to continue hosting the show, although [[gregg]] will exercise increased creative control.
