Rio-Jenesis is a health supplement company, featured prominently on movie review show On Cinema at the Cinema by its host, Tim Heidecker. Heidecker has a contentious relationship with the company, often cutting ties for several years before eventually returning to spokesmanship. It is best known for its Germ Shield and VaxxBlock line of products.
Rio-Jenesis was a sponsor of OCX, and was prominently featured by host Tim Heidecker. Heidecker himself actively used the Germ Shield powder, to demonstrate the product's claim that it would leave the user “germ free,” going so far as to forgo washing his hands. Unfortunately, the Germ Shield was not fully effective, and Heidecker became ill over the course of the season. Due to this and his ongoing legal issues with Delgado Media Holdings negating the sponsorship funds, Heidecker cut ties with the company.

During the COVID-19 pandemic of the early 2020s, and the controversy over its vaccinations, Rio-Jenesis introduced a new line of VaxxBlock products. These new powders were designed to reverse the effects of any vaccines the user may have received. Rio-Jenesis created a new brand, RJ's Shakes, to promote new ways to injest Rio-Jenesis products. Heidecker was brought back on as a spokesperson, and used the shakes throughout 2021 on On Cinema.
By 2025, Rio-Jenesis had gone bankrupt, and was purchased by a Chinese businessman. The new owner of the company, Dr. Jian Wang, revamped the brand into a more traditional medical company. The revived Rio-Jenesis did away with the harsh, blunt branding of previous Rio-Jenesis products, and instead took on a more gentle and clinical appearance.
