Delgado Media Holdings
Delgado Media Holdings was a subsidiary of the Delgado Fund, owned and operated by the family of Electric Sun Desert Music Festival victim Chris Delgado. It was created to manage the intellectual properties it acquired from Tim Heidecker. However, due to poor performance of these properties, along with various legal challenges, it eventually sold these properties back to Heidecker.
History
The company was organized sometime before the events of S10E08, by the Delgado family and Tim's former defense attorney, Mark Dwyer. Dwyer reached out to Gregg Turkington, and informed him that he was to have increased creative control of On Cinema moving forward. The stipulations included more movie reviews each week, and two Popcorn Classics selections. Tim would remain host of the show, although Gregg's title was more or less officially recognized as co-host.
