====== Delgado Media Holdings ======
**Delgado Media Holdings** was a subsidiary of the delgadofund, owned and operated by the family of esdmf victim chrisdelgado. It was created to manage the intellectual properties it acquired from tim. However, due to poor performance of these properties, along with various legal challenges, it eventually sold these properties back to Heidecker.
+===== History =====
+The company was organized sometime before the events of S10E08, by the Delgado family and Tim's former defense attorney, dwyer. Dwyer reached out to gregg, and informed him that he was to have increased creative control of //On Cinema// moving forward. The stipulations included more movie reviews each week, and two popcornclassics selections. Tim would remain host of the show, although Gregg's title was more or less officially recognized as co-host.
